I called, explained the problem I was having with the boiler, and within minutes a technician was in my driveway ready to go to work. I found Gavin, the tech, to be knowledgeable and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem, had the part he needed, and had the job done from start to finish in about 15 minutes. I could not be happier! Service: Heating system repair
Scheduled to have our Fujitsu heat pumps cleaned and now they’re not working. Lost a whole vacation day as this gentleman tries to figure out what the error is. Boss won’t answer and this isn’t this man’s expertise since he doesn’t install, only cleans. So frustrated and was only trying to do what’s best at keeping our units in great shape. He called Fujitsu and by the sounds of it some boards will have to be replaced. Very, very disappointed. Service: A/C system maintenance
