Needed to replace our roof. We called Rose Roofing, left a message.Within a couple of hours we got a call back from Mickey (owner of the co.). We scheduled an appointment (that very same day) he arrived as promised to give us an estimate. We agreed to have the work done and our delight it was the very next day (talk about instant gratification). He (and his team) worked from early morning till mid afternoon non-stop taking precautionary measures as to keep our property clean and undamaged. My husband contacted Rose Roofing for a roof repair earlier this spring and Mickey was incredibly responsive and helpful. We decided to replace our roof and Mickey was able to do so within days of us making that decision. His team arrived early in the morning and stayed into the evening in order to complete the job. They cleaned continuously throughout the day so that the lawn was left 100% as it was before they started. Mickey even noticed a spindle on our porch railing that had broken during the winter. I assured him that it was my son that broke it and not his team. Sure enough, I came home from work that evening and the spindle was fixed! I contacted Mickey this summer to come out and look at my mom's roof that was leaking. He was quick to respond to my calls, and texts. We had reached out to other roofing companies and never even got a response. He worked around my schedule to meet me to check out the job, he was very friendly and knowledgeable and we ultimately hired him. They did a great job with my mom's roof, and I was so impressed with the overall experience that I hired him to do mine as well. With my roof they encountered some rotten plywood in a couple of locations. They simply cut out the rot and replaced with new plywood. Everything was cleaned up, and they even raked around the base of the house to ensure no nails were left behind. When I got home, it was hard to tell they had even been there. They went above and beyond in my book, and I would highly recommend Mickey and his crew to anyone I know. Service: Roof installation
