Carlos is prompt, responsive and professional, and his team is the hardest working crew we've ever met! Full roof replacement on 4BR home in two full (almost 12 hour) days. They're a well-oiled machine, with each team member hustling around doing his/her part, with no wasted time or motion. Some rot was discovered in the wall where it meets the roof and they took care of that carpentry work as well. Clean-up was about as perfect as can be expected with such a messy job. I appreciate the handshake contract Carlos and I agreed upon resulting in superb workmanship in the installation of our new roof. Several of our neighbors commented upon the strong work ethic of his team. They took care not to disturb our plants and bushes, attending to detail in both removing the old and setting in place new architectural shingles.
