I called several plumbers late Thursday afternoon, Rudi was one of the few to call me back. He had someone come the next morning. They took care of the issue quickly at a very reasonable price. Fast, polite, friendly, professional - I will call Rudi the Plumber next time i need a plumber and recommend them over larger/ more costly companies I've used in the past.

Rudi the plumber has worked for us at our house and our rental properties for sixteen years now (and worked for my husband's mother before that). We have always had great service from them - prompt, friendly, professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

I called and reached a person who responded as an answering service. She stated that they would call me back. I waited three days and haven't heard anything. They may be a good plumber, but just know that if you reach out you may end up wasting some time.
