I had issues with my heat pump and the people that came over from another company were extremely unprofessional. Brad from Gammon’s was extremely professional and knowledgeable and I feel so much better with him resolving my issues. The other person I would like to acknowledge is Debbie in service. She’s an angel . When I first called them, I was pretty upset with the other company that had come over. She was very warm and caring and helped me out by recommending Brad. After the service call, she called me back to follow up on how things went. I’m very impressed with the customer service provided by Debbie and Brad. Thank you so very much. Update as of 08/10/2023. Brad had to order the part for my heat pump and he came over today to install the part. He is wonderful. Very clean, very quiet and extremely professional. He’s the absolute best!! On the phone, I had the pleasure of dealing with Ann and she was very nice and very accommodating since I had to change my appointment
I have been a savings club member for a few years now, and I’ve always had the best service. Debbie is amazing, and the techs always go above and beyond to provide me with not only a yearly deep-clean, but also troubleshoot and fix any other issues they find during their visit. Today, Tyler went above and beyond to replace my outside unit’s motor and fan in almost 90 degree weather the same day he was scheduled to deep clean my indoor units, which prevented an even bigger issue from occurring and ensured a working heat pump for the next few years or so. Both service techs were pleasant and professional. They showed up on time and explained step by step what they were going to do in dismantling the old boiler and replacing it with a new “on the wall heating unit.
