I had water leak into my 1st floor ceiling due to poor roof installation with previous owner (top right picture). I searched online for roofing, and CML was one of several contractors who came to give me an estimate. All were pretty much comparable to cost/work that needed to be done. What set CML apart was Colin grabbing his ladder and climbing up on the roof. That sold me. Rather than speculating what could be the problem, he looked at it 1st hand. The day the crew came, they got right to work. As you can see in the pictures, they are a "well oiled machine". New shingles were not placed over the old boards, new boards were placed. The new roof installation was completed in a few hours. One final note.. we added some articles to the dumpster. The company wouldn't haul it away because things were above the sides. I chose CML because after I called they sent a rep out who did a very thorough inspection of the roof and found the source of the leak. Because of all the rain it took awhile for them to be able to come out. Colin came back out to fix the leak to protect me before a big storm was about to hit! A few days later, they came out with enough men to do the whole job in one day. They did a beautiful job, putting down tarps and collecting all the shingles so my house was not littered with a bunch of roofing nails and debris! Colin came out afterwards and realized one aspect of the job had not been completed according to the contract. I would never had known the difference.They came back out and completed it correctly.
