I had water leak into my 1st floor ceiling due to poor roof installation with previous owner (top right picture). I searched online for roofing, and CML was one of several contractors who came to give me an estimate. All were pretty much comparable to cost/work that needed to be done. What set CML apart was Colin grabbing his ladder and climbing up on the roof. That sold me. Rather than speculating what could be the problem, he looked at it 1st hand. The day the crew came, they got right to work. As you can see in the pictures, they are a "well oiled machine". New shingles were not placed over the old boards, new boards were placed. The new roof installation was completed in a few hours. One final note.. we added some articles to the dumpster. The company wouldn't haul it away because things were above the sides. We had 11 windows quoted to replace cheap ones installed in our 1869 home that leaked cold air and welcomed a ton of road noise in late fall. Both Colin and Chris were extremely knowledgeable and their recommendation to go with locally made Matthews Brothers windows made us decide to go with them despite the quote being a bit higher than the other we received. It was definitely a good decision! They re-measured for ordering, we waited for the windows to be made, and when they were ready- Colin was right on top of installation by his colleague Greg. I can’t say enough about the level of professionalism throughout the process. We’re beyond happy with the result- they look great, no more leaks and the house is almost too quiet! Highly recommended.

We used CML for a new roof and the quality of the workmanship, the professionalism during the whole process from estimate to working with our timeline and then getting the whole job done in a day was impressive. In addition, they did an excellent job on the clean up which was not the case with a previous roofer we had on a different home. Todd who did the estimating and Chris, the owner and foreman on the job site were personable, knowledgable and also willing to share the 'whys' of certain things they recommended.
