Everything about our experience was high quality. I received an estimate a week after I had called, and they were able to schedule me a couple of weeks after that. The whole process was extremely easy and smooth. The installers finished the project in one day, and there was nothing left behind or any sign that they were even there, except the new roof. JP & Family were the best company! My wife and I just purchased our first home and the home inspection uncovered that we needed a complete roof replacement! I got a total of five quotes from different companies and different references, but JP & Family was the best price and I felt like they we’re giving us the best quality of work! With their many years of experience, being family owned and operated, and being local were all pluses for us! They were also able to schedule our roof replacement in a timely manner (even though our roof was a very complicated job). They sent out a huge group of people to finish the job in 3 days! They left the property clean everyday and after the job was complete, they left the property in an expedient manner with no evidence left behind, except of course, a stunning, brand new roof that really added so much beauty and character to our new home! I couldn't have been more impressed with my entire experience in needing to have my roof replaced. Not only were they professional in all aspects, they replaced the roof in a single day. The personalized communication and attention to detail were outstanding - the crew doing the actual work was truly amazing, even if they did sound like a herd of elephants taking off the old shingles.
