Dylan Nicely, Joseph Strout, Todd Ramsey, and Matt Eugley installed two heat pumps at our home. Their attention to detail, explanation of the process during all phases of installation, demonstration of how to use the heat pumps, professionalism, and care for our home was beyond measure. They arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the job. We were able to be in and out of the house as needed and were very comfortable with the team being in our home. Pine State Services was great! They were able to schedule an appointment the same week I called which is almost unheard of now a days. Tristan, the service tech, was friendly, professional, and helped diagnose quickly then provided a quote to get the services taken care of the same day. The price was fair for the services provided. I would highly recommend.

We always have great service from Pine State. We got an appointment within a week and Steve Drew was right on time today. He had to figure out a way to reroute our outside HVAC conduit after we had a new window put in without running longer tubes and having it cost triple the price.
