This was our first time working with Pine State and I have to say, we were impressed. Garrett was communicative out of the gate and Rob G. was stupendous onsite. They were all (+Ray and Austin) very considerate of our home and our time and kept us involved in the process. This was a big expenditure for us and hopefully one that will life-changing. I appreciate that the team treated it/us that way as well. Service: Heating system installation
Steven Drew from Pine state was awesome! Super helpful, explained what the issues were, and got the job done well! He definitely has knowledge, fixed our water heater, and had a great attitude, even though it was a longer job. 5 stars!
We always have great service from Pine State. We got an appointment within a week and Steve Drew was right on time today. He had to figure out a way to reroute our outside HVAC conduit after we had a new window put in without running longer tubes and having it cost triple the price. He did a great job and we appreciate his work! Service: HVAC system repair
