Very friendly office staff on the phone, and Richie was great when he stopped by to give an estimate for our roofing project. He was courteous, informative, and walked me through the whole process. I can’t attest to their workmanship yet, but every experience with the company thus far has been very positive!
We contacted the Roofa a few days after a big wind storm. We had some damage in the roof from shingles flying off! Richie came right out and gave us a quote and all the details laid out in an organized folder. A few days later we confirmed we would like to do business with them. I signed a contract and just a few days later they came out and got the job done! In and out in less than 8 hours! I was super impressed by the cleanup as they came after a big snow storm (and had to clear the whole roof from snow).
