Dave's World

We had a great experience with all the folks at Dave’s world! From Todd who came to the house and helped us figure out what system would work best; to Julie in the office who helped us figure out the financing; to Mike and Forest the installers; and Chuck the electrician, all were helpful, informative, listened well, and accommodated our requests and questions along the way. We highly recommend Dave’s world to all!

I would like to thank Eric, Austin and Tim and Dave's World for installing my heat pump. The whole process was easy from having the estimate done and getting help with the paperwork to completing the installation. Nick came out and did my estimate and went over the details with me. The office helped me complete my paperwork for financing. Then I went to send in paperwork and lost my copy of my acceptance letter from Efficiency Maine. I remembered Nick took a picture of this letter. I sent him a quick email explaining my dilemma and sent me a copy of the letter in my email. I sent it off to Efficiency Maine and completed the paperwork. Installation took place today. I received a call yesterday confirming my appointment for today. Eric, Austin and Tim showed up on time and finished the quality work. They even cleaned up their mess ('which was very little.) I would highly recommend this business for their professional, customer friendly and my heat pump is running smoothly and quietly. T

We had some heat pumps installed by the Dave's World Team. They were on time, courteous, and neat. We had to make a slight configuration change due to condo rules and the team made adjustments accordingly. They explained how the units worked, how to use the remotes and what the maintenance process consists of and why that's important. Overall, an excellent experience.
