I have used Maine Heating and Cooling several times now. The owner, Josh Bastian, goes above and beyond with his services. Josh installed a new boiler system in my home this week and I am extremely happy with the results. The professionalism he and his co-worker exhibited, along with the reasonable cost and expedient service, has resulted in a Maine Heating and Cooling LLC customer for life. That is not hyperbole. Josh did a cleaning and performed maintenance on our oil system, which was years overdue. He also repaired our indirect hot water tank so that our hot water temp is consistent. As a new customer, he was quick to respond and schedule an appt, showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We will be using him again. The owner Josh never picks up his phone when there's a problem or an emergency. And he takes a lot of vacations in the winter time which is when customers really need him the most and every time he's come over within a week or two after with there's a problem with my furnace I would stay clear from this guy at all costs. If he doesn't like you calling him with a problem with your furnace. He will send you a text telling you to find somebody else and that's exactly what he did with me. This guy treats his customers poorly and again is unresponsive when you try to reach him. He is not a 24-hour company. So if you have any problems being a emergency he will leave you high and dry.
