I have used 4 Seasons for several years to maintain my AC unit and have been happy with the services provided and the fair price charged. Randy called me back almost immediately and scheduled a consultation/quote for the next day. He then ordered the system and his team came to install within just a few days after consultation. My overall customer experience was stellar! Add to this that you can't beat Four Season's pricing, the mini-split unit was the highest quality, and the install was professional and pain-free, and these guys earned every star of this five-star rating. Four Seasons is an amazing heating and cooling company. The owner and his son are such nice, kind people. I have interacted with this company on multiple occasions and each time the customer service has been above and beyond. Their prices are the best in Ann Arbor by far. They are honest and trustworthy. They are extremely responsive and went out of their way to help me, even when they were already very busy. I can't say enough good things about them.
