Al's Water Heater Sales & Services are the best home service people I have ever worked with. I thought I had a leak in my hot water heater from with my Bradford White. I called some large companies. They either wanted to sell me another hot water heater (one said $2700, another said $1825) or they were busy and didn't call back until a couple of hours later. Richard from Al's Water Heaters called me back in 20 minutes. He looked up the serial number and told me it was under warranty. He was going to only charge me for the labor and permit (around $800). He fit me into their schedule and came out less than TWO hours later. He then diagnosed the issue and told me my furnace was leaking, told me to contact Pat Walters & Sons. I have never worked with such professional, courteous, capable home service people. Call them for any hot water heater problems!

I needed my water heater replaced and Al's was recommended. They were great. It was fast and easy to set up service. They arrived on time and the job was done efficiently and professionally in far less time than I'd expected. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We arrived home from a two week vacation to discover that we had no hot water. Based on reputation and the sticker on our existing water heater, I called Al's. The person who answered the phone was generous with his time walking me through possible trouble shooting steps to save a service call. When it was clear I wasn't going to be able to fix it, he was at my door in a half hour. He put in a temporary fix so we'd have hot water until the next day when the whole thing was replaced.
