Did not get the door we wanted - invested over $11,000 in the door and surrounding frame and trim, only to be rewarded with shoddy workmanship. The door is coming away from the wall, there is a 1/4" gap surrounding our door, and the screen door was made out of sub-par materials. SEE UPDATE BELOW: The spring in the latch for the storm door broke, so now we have to lock the storm door if we don't want it to blow off in a storm. Not to mention the fact that we had to have a special hook installed to prevent the storm door from blowing open in the 'moderate' wind, only to rip the hinges and door off of the wall entirely (again). When we tried to get this repaired, 16 months into our supposed several year warranty, they tried to send us to a third party installer, and told us it would cost $120/hr. Thanks, but no thanks. Not again. Update: They came through and replaced the entire door after a tech determined that it was warped from the factory. This was the reason it never latched properly
