Johnstone Ann Arbor is by far the best wholesaler I’ve ever done business with. The negative reviews about not helping people is because they only sell to mechanical contractors. It’s not just them it’s the whole Hvac wholesale business in general any wholesaler has the same laws.

Been dealing with Johnstone for years and they never let me down. Their customer service is second to none. Even if they can't produce a part for me they find all the info they can and have even directed me to other options (online, dealer direct, etc.) when I have older hard to find parts/equipment to work with.
