During the first big ice storm my power went out almost immediately and my backup generator did not come on. I contacted the company that has serviced it for several years. I was told they might be here the next day. I tried calling again two days later and their voicemail box was full. I have still never heard from them. I called another company recommended by a friend. They aid they might be here tomorrow. I finally got a call from them 3 weeks later. I heard an ad for Koch & White on W4 Country one morning. I called them and someone was here that afternoon! Amazing service! A part needed to be ordered but in less than a week it was installed. I highly recommend Koch & White. They are my new go to company for heating/cooling/generator service.

The response I got from the service manager was "not every furnace has a condensation pump" and "my technicians are supposed to clean the pumps if needed during a furnace maintenance for an additional charge". Obviously, they hadn't done that. This was a failure in service that resulted in a potential health risk for my family. I was in no
