When I was discussing finance options with the salesman and under the impression it was the loan application that I was filling out, it was in fact the contract for the job. Pretty greasy way to earn business, but whatever. I noticed the "patented nails" from their sales video look nothing like the nails they used on my home, and they use the same staples I install hardwood floors with, nothing special. So, don't let their "amazing products" be what sells you. Also, not the end of the world. What I am upset about is my fascia was only done on one side of my house when I told them I need all new because I am certain that it is where water is getting in from. I was told that wouldn't be a problem but I'd need to paint it on the ground, or some time after it is installed. I chose on the ground so that they would be able to install the gutters faster. When the installation crew arrived everyone that I interacted with was very friendly during the process.
