Unquestionably an excellent and trustworthy roofing company!! As a former commercial property manager, I utilized their services for our commercial properties, and their work was phenomenal. The roof turned out beautifully, and they were extremely affordable. In addition to performing work at my personal residence, they also did so at a reasonable cost and to a high standard. In September of 2020 we were so excited to get our new roof scheduled for that October a promise to get windows, siding and new gutters ordered and installed (Hopefully by December) but guaranteed for April of 2021. Imagine my surprise when we had not heard anything from them by May of 2021. My fiance called to inquire only to find out the had switched owners and lost our paperwork. Met with a demand of reapply for credit or the deal is off. We were upset and shocked! Thank God we have all of out contracts, contacts and email communications from them telling us we should have still been serviced. Now they have decided to take us to court! As long as Mr. Roof has been around and this is how you treat your customer with a $31,000 service contract with you! Lawyers hired and we'll see you all in court!
