I have done a half a dozen jobs or more with Oakes roofing. I can't say enough good things about the quality of and craftsmanship of their work. Roofing is a very fast paced and dangerous service. Sometimes it is difficult to balance speed and accuracy. The men and women willing to risk their lives on roofs can be rough around the edges and challenging to manage. Each and every roof will l, just like basements, leak at some point. Every roof job is like exploratory surgery, they don't know what's underneath the existing and how long it will take to fix.
