I gave this rating because of the dishonesty. One of their guys cracked my ring cam while bringing his ladder in my house yesterday. When I let Jessica at the office know, she said to provide proof and she would check with her manager about it. The video was on the ring cam this morning but the guy brought his device to the house in the afternoon and deleted the video that clearly shows him hitting the ring cam with the ladder. When I got my phone to forward this to the office I discovered that 4 minutes of the video showing that he hit the ring cam with his ladder was gone..It only shows him setting the ladder on the ground before bringing it in the house. I called the ring company to see if I could retrieve the video and they said people can delete video on a ring cam with another device. Once that’s done you can’t get it back. So he got away with what he did. I just had the ring cam installed on Monday and Wednesday he damaged it. I feel violated and now he goes scot free. I don’t

Used Steve’s Plumbing and Heating to install a kitchen faucet that I recently purchased. Plumber was very nice and professional. He took no time to install my faucet and even cleaned his area once he was all finished. Extremely happy with the service that I received. Highly recommend. Very reasonable prices as well.

They were very thorough! I really appreciate their honesty. I found a new plumbing company I will continue to use.
