We purchased a Generac from them and they just installed it very thoroughly and professionally. I'm so happy. No more power outage. It is all self controled. I can control and watch it on my phone when it notifies me of a power failure and turns itself on. The crew of Buchanan was very courteous and clean. Double checking function and making sure all appliances were turned back on (hotwater tank) from power shut off during install. I would highly recommend them for purchase and continued service for quality of my Generac. Worth the investment. Service: Installation
Tried sooo hard to use this company to install a portable generator hook-up. The owner was the reason a purchased the generator. Called 4 times, left numerous messages, asking him to please let me know if he was or was available. I never got any kind of response. So glad I did not have this company install a whole house generator.
