I called to fix a failed garbage disposal and broken bath stopper. He replaced both same day. Then mentioned my one water heater wouldn’t keep up with my jacuzzi bath. So I bought another water heater and he installed next day. Long hot baths are very important to me. His attention to detail is great. Plus he’s a friendly guy. We have used Hoover several times for electrical work around our house and they’ve been wonderful. Donnie has been our serviceman a few different times and he’s awesome- knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and him and his team do great work. We will be having Hoover out next for some plumbing work.

Donnie and his partner did a great job. But since this is a review, I’ll warn you this company is very expensive for any repairs and installation. They also cancel appointments for no reason. So if you have to take the day off of work just be prepared that they might cancel at the last minute.
