The owners Steve and Jacob were so accommodating with our situation within our community. They met with me multiple times to ensure our job would be handled correctly and kept the communication lines open at all times. The contractor came on time and was very professional at all times within our community. The job was completed on time as promised. The prices were exceptional. I cannot say anything negative about this company and would DEFiNATELY recommend them to anyone in the future. If i could give them more stars, I would. From start to finish, they deserve and A+ for going above and beyond for our community. I would recommend Quality Over Quantity Everytime to everyone that needs work done on their house. Jacob and Steven are very professional, honest, knowledgeable, and really nice men. Jacob went above and beyond before hand to get my roof completed. The work done on my roof was absolutely amazing. Again, everyone was professional and got the job done quickly. The clean up of everything was quick as well and thorough. I’m very happy with the finished results. If I have any more work that needs to done on my home, hands down, I’ll be calling this company. One weekend as it was raining outside, water was also coming inside too. After finding someone local who said he was 99% sure his caulking would fix the issue and it didn’t, I went back to the drawing board. After being contacted by Steven Woods from Quality Over Quality, I agreed to have him come out and take a look at things. He properly diagnosed the problem and I know this because he also fixed it and it hasn’t leaked since, even after some heavy rains. Steven even called in to make sure it wasn’t leaking.
