Mor Electric Heating Assoc., Inc.

I recently made two purchases with Mor Electric Heating and could not be happier. My first purchase was online and it was the under desk floor mat heater. My work area gets very cold in the winter and it keeps me very toasting. I have had no problems with the mat as it is low wattage and it keeps working great everyday. My next purchase was an electric sonic pest repellent. I had purchased on for my garage as I live in the country. It worked so good I called customer service and purchased two more for my cottage up north. The gal that answered the phone was very pleasant and very helpful. She connected me to a sale consultant that was very knowledge. He knew the exact product I wanted and quickly sent me two new ones. They arrived fast and I put them to use right away. Thanks for the great service! I will be a customer for life.

Did multiple transactions with them directly even though items were available from big sellers like Amazon. Bob, Phil and Lisa were all amazing, Prompt and knowledgeable. Saved on the units, quick shipping, and even when I ordered the wrong part by mistake they took the units back and swapped out the correct ones. Nice to see small companies providing great service at competitive prices.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They sent me a defective product and it took nearly 4 months just to get some of my money back after shipping it back to them. Lisa Robbins, the returns specialist never called back, rarely was there to answer, and took weeks to authorize a return by UPS. Apparently the manager was also always out and there is no way to contact him or her. Because of this experience, I will never purchase from Mor Electric Heating again and will warn everyone I can about my experience with them.
