We ordered 2 thermostats from Mor Electric. When they arrived we were disappointed with them. We contacted the customer service department. Lisa Robbins was quick to resolve the situation. She sent replacement thermostats right away. Lisa had arranged for UPS to pick up the original thermostats. Unfortunately, the UPS driver picked up one of our recent Amazon delivery boxes instead :) Lisa discovered that she now had our seat cushions. Thankfully Lisa sprang into action returning our seat cushions and picking up the original thermostats. Thank you Lisa. We highly recommend Mor Electric!

Bob was great! He explained to me the part that I needed to replace the thermostat for my floor tiles. The part came to me very fast and the installation was simple. No more cold floors in the middle of the night.

Find another company. Bought a few heaters that said they were a strong output, but were not at all. Called to try to return 2 of the 3 and couldn't get someone to call me back for 2 weeks. Finally got a response and at no time did they say there was a 25% restocking fee. $180 they took to put a brand new, in box heater back on their shelves. Avoid at all costs.
