Taylor did a fantastic job explaining and helping us choose the best options. He is professional, knowledgeable, experienced and very personable!!! Today our new Lennox air conditioner was installed by Bill and Adam. We were extremely pleased with their work from start to finish. They are a first class team!!! They were here to install our new furnace in March also. Aaron was also here for both jobs and is a great trouble shooter, technician and knowledgeable! This company has top-notch employees!!!

Schaafsma installed our A/C unit 5-6 years ago and it’s been great. When it stopped working recently, they had someone out the same day to look at it. Drew found the problem quickly and advised that the part was still under warranty! We’re very pleased with Schaafsma!!
