Great service from start to finish! My phone call was answered right away, and they came out promptly to fix my electrical problem. Very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and kind. We were at a gas station in Oxford waiting to get diesel. There is only the one pump working. The hose was in his truck. We thought he was in the station. Turns out after waiting over 7 minutes , he’s in the truck on the phone. When he finally got out to remove the hose, my husband told him there were other people waiting and he was just sitting there on the phone holding up the line. His comment was “ I don’t care “ and drove off. Who would want someone working at there home with that kind of attitude, especially on electrical. Reflects poorly on the company.

Charged to get a permit and then do the work. Once the permit was pulled, they disappeared. Had to hire someone else to do the work.
