This place knows how to take care of their customers! I called this morning and was told they could come out tomorrow to look at our AC. David called later and said they could swing by this afternoon to take a look. A short time later David and Dave showed up and checked the electrical and coolant of the AC unit and determined that everything looked good. It was just that because of the AC unit size and the square footage of the house it was struggling with the high heat and humidity over the weekend! They were here for only about 15 minutes and didn't charge us for the check up! What! That's what I call customer service! Honesty, Integrity, and trustworthy what more can someone ask for in a customer service company! Also, a little over a year ago they helped me with some unusual furnace issues that were difficult to diagnose. They were able figure out the problem, come up with a reasonable solution where other companies had not. All the work and time they put into make sure out issue

Dearborn Heating and Cooling is possibly the most honest and skilled set of people I've ever had the pleasure of having work at my home. I've had them work on everything from A/C to replacing my furnace today. They are family-owned and run and do their best to accommodate people who need their services. Installations aren't a 30-minute job, and they do tons of them, so if you have an emergency they will often help, but keep in mind you might not be the only emergency! They're so busy because they're so incredible. As long as they're in business, I'll always use their services.
