Air conditioner went out on holiday weekend. Contacted several companies online. Reckinger responded quickly and fixed my problem. Steve was great and did a great job! Service was awesome. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Had two service calls within one week. Issue was with a boiler. The first time they got the unit back in the service but did not take the extra time to bleed out the air. Had to call him back to do that the second time obviously had to pay the service call fee for both service calls. My experience they are not boiler experts. They were punctual.

I am so glad and lucky I came across Reckinger last year when looking for a heating and cooling company. Every person I have dealt with is nice, professional, and patient with me. They reply quickly, their charges are fair, and they answer all my questions without making me feel stupid or like I'm wasting their time. Most recently, my furnace died on December 23 around 11:00 pm. Coldest day of the year, and a holiday weekend. I never expected them to answer the phone, but they did, and came out and checked my furnace. It was over 34 years old, and its time had come. They came back Saturday morning (Christmas Eve) and put in a temporary furnace for me. I sure never expected that, and most people I talk to have never heard of a heating and cooling company doing that. I used it for almost 2 weeks, until my new furnace was installed.
