Really appreciated working with Deana and her crew. It really felt like I was working with real people instead of some faceless company - if I had questions, she would hop on a call with me. My house needed a full electrical rewiring and knob and tube removal, and after calling several electricians, Detroit Voltage was not only the most responsive electrician, but also had the most reasonable and well explained estimate. She was fantastic at handling permits and dealing with the city, and although the job took a bit longer than we expected due to city inspection tomfoolery, she was on top of things the whole way and shielded me from all the bureaucratic headache. If there were any mistakes or oversights, she promptly set things right. The only piece of constructive feedback is around informing me when folks were showing up; it was only a couple times during the finishing touches that communication slipped through the cracks and I was surprised to find someone at my door.
