I became acquainted with Manning Mechanical through the DTE Home Protection Program. I was impressed with customer service they provided. When the need came to replace the boiler system Manning Mechanical was top on my mind. The Manning team assessed my needs and installed the system. Back in Fall 2020 I bought a house and the boiler needed to be replaced. They were able to break down the old boiler and install a brand new one all in one day. After installation, Mr. Manning took the time to explain how everything works and the maintenance the boiler requires. When Fall 2021 came around, they came out to perform boiler maintenance and I’ll be calling them again this fall for yearly maintenance. Today, I woke up with no hot water. I called at 8am and they were able to get someone to my home to look at the hot water tank by 1pm. The technician knew exactly what the issue was, went to go pick up the parts, then came back to replace the parts (very efficiently I might add). Definitely recommend as I trust their work. Technician Dan was on time.As he serviced the boiler he explained everything he was performing and checking and reason for the check. Also he was pleasant. Dan gave his advice what should be addressed and how often.He was knowledgeable. He was not out to take advantage of a elderly person or anyone less knowledgeable of the service. My mother had a awful experience with a technician from an other company. Thank you Manning! Manning is the go to company for your heating needs.
