Unprofessional service from Michelle secretary to owner Nancy. Extremely overpriced and big rip off!! This is a family owned scam beware!!! Wait till warranty repairs come in as they over charge!! If possible DO NOT USE UNITED for your heating and cooling issues. Service: Repair HVAC
House nice and cool thanks united. great customer service ????Had my unit a couple years now had some problems with it but that’s expected but when I called To try to schedule appointment for the repairs all I got was a very rude person on the phone. Called flame they schedule appointment right away I didn’t have to Fight with them to get someone out....
United heating is a very consistent company. They did their job and more in my new home. I read the negative feedback online. But don’t let those comments frighten you though. As living proof, they are an awesome company
