the office staff is horrible...rude, love to come up with every excuse to why they should come look at a brand new system they installed...Worse company i have ever dealt with...they charged me for top notch equipment and installed the lowest quality. Had i known i would of fired this company. I TRUSTED this company to do right and they did the exact opposite took advantage of new home owners that had no idea about HVAC system. I paid this company 26k for a complete new system that i was not supposed to have to deal with anymore and now 07/2023 i am having to completely install a new system as the low quality that this company installed has failed. Thank You comfort first for allowing me to spend another 15k on heating and cooling for my home but this time around your not getting a red cent!!! I called Comfort First in the morning to find out if I could disconnect and remove an old AC unit that was in the way of an addition I was working on. They said it really should be done by a professional given the need to deal with Freon in the system and that was consistent with google search information. Since they knew it was in our way, they said they could have someone come out that day to disconnect it. It was done by mid afternoon. I’ve used Comfort First on other occasions for other HVAC work and have found them to be consistently easy to work with. Service: HVAC system repair
