The two-person installation crew showed up on time and worked courteously and amiably. When they were completed, they carefully replaced everything after taking care to prevent drilling dust from landing on any furniture or decorations. a very competent service. Thanks Plumbers Miles Svc Ltd.

It was easy to get an appointment and they were on time, friendly, etc. That being said, I had a shower drain issue. I had already opened the ceiling underneath the shower to gain access to the drain. They just applied a single tube of silicone caulk and billed me almost $300 for 2 hours ($135/hour) + material ($15). Then an additional 3% in fees for using a credit card. I'm not unreasonable and understand the billing time includes driving, assessing, and the actual work. But being charged $300 to have a single tube of caulk applied to an already accessible area is pretty upsetting.

Literally the rudest person I've ever heard on a business line.. I called about HVAC and she snaps back with a attitude "this is a plumbing company" and literally hung up on me.. don't advertise for heating then my goodness.. someone needs some customer service training for sure.. sorry I even called, jeez.
