This was truly a great experience! When I called to inquire about my project Shawn took my call, asked appropriate questions, explained how the service worked and made some helpful suggestions about what supplies I could purchase in advance to save time and money. My craftsman, JP arrived on time, reviewed the estimate and got right to work. I had 3 projects, a patio door that was falling off its hinges, deck board that needed repair, and a cupholder that needed to be attached to a deck chair. JP finished all 3 projects within an hour, then previewed a few other projects, gave me an idea about what to expect in terms of supplies and timing. JP was the perfect handyman; he was on time, polite, respectful, knowledgeable, most of all he successfully completed my projects and cleaned up the workspace when he was done. My backdoor was hanging like a loose tooth. Jerry came gave me several good options to correct the issue. He repaired it and the door now is like brand new! I will be calling them again for other projects I have!
