I have used this company for over 2 years on my rental home. They have always been fair in pricing, prompt to arrive, are professional and complete projects in a timely manner. They truly listen to what the customer is saying and wanting to see as the end result. They have always been available when I had any questions or concerns, and they take the time to speak with you and walk you through everything. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a contractor. My experience with SKM was very good! The actual owner came by to inspect everything and was very educated on what my home needed. These projects can be a lot, but he made the process very simple and stress free, which I really appreciated. This company is a family oriented business, which really compelled me to go with them for my bathroom renovation. The fellas that came to do the actual work were really fun to talk to, super polite, professional and hard working. They were on time and got this project done in the timeline that the owner first suggested. What I was most impressed with was the price, honestly. I had 4 estimates done (I won’t say who the thieves of this town are….) But SKM really came through on value. Great work for a great price.
