Called 2 weeks ago for them to service a tenants boiler, tenant called and said they have not heard from A&S. Called A&S back and they had someone out in 20 minutes and totally resolved the problem. They're human for dropping the ball but I appreciate them clearing their schedule to resolve the issue. Good business.
I have used them before. That is why I called them again. Always professional.
This was the best experience i've ever had when dealing with 'home improvement' company! I called & they came right out ON TIME (8:30am) and fixed my furnace RIGHT THEN! And the price didn't break my pockets!! David was super friendly and kept me informed the entire time.. I Got Heat!! Thank you guys!! I'd 100% recommend them to any/everyone!!
