My parents used A&S for years. So I called them when I had no heat. Dave is a great guy. Made the repairs and did some preventative maintenance as well. Highly recommend. Service: Heating system repair
I have used them before. That is why I called them again. Always professional.
Very unprofessional We had an appointment and never showed up,I called and was not even put on the schedule for an appointment for today. They were supposed to try to get someone out for our hot water heater they did not call me back, when I called them back 10 minutes later it went to the after hours phone number and I left a message I got a call back and got told that they couldn't come out until tomorrow very poorly handled. We got ahold of someone else they were here within 15 minutes after I called them. 20 minutes after another company can over to fix our hot water heater it's working great.
