Great service very professional Reasonable price for a job i didn't want to do

04-17-2023, Kay set me up to have a new toilet installed and shower gaskets replaced. Kay got all the things I wanted over the phone perfect and was pleasant as can be, especially dealing with all my specifics. Kay is a Customer Service Superstar, thanks again Kay. Just had new toilet installed and new gasket installed in my shower by Gary. Everything not only works great but looks great. Fantastic job Gary, without a mess thank you! 12-13-2021, I had a new furnace installed by Jim's crew at P&H and I couldn't be happier! The guys that installed the heating system worked like an orchestra. It took them alot less time than I thought it would. It's four days since the installation and it's still working beautifully and quietly. / (2 years ago); I had two issues on the same day. My mother's furnace was out and I had a major water leak in my bathroom. Jim at P&H sent Jeremy to my mother's and he fixed that problem and then he came too my house and fixed my plumbing issue. Last week our central air conditioner went out in our house which resulted in us needing a new condenser and a new furnace. I have never been more pleased with the service I received from a company before. Within 5 minutes of calling the company one of their owners called me back within 30 minutes and said he would have his team out to install my new system first thing in the morning. They were here at 8:30am with a whole team of people there do to my install! The men that came out to my home were very professional and took the time to explain my new equipment.
