The person that come to the house was so sweet and caring. The company worked extremely fast to get a new furnace in for my handicap husband.

I have always had good service from Terry Allen Plumbing and Heating. The technician, Dennis, explained everything to me so that I knew exactly what was wrong and what he was doing to fix my furnace. He got it running and we had heat. I know my furnace is on it's 9th life...Dennis also explained to me about getting a new furnace installed....hoping my old faithful lives until Spring????

Ben O and Brennan are absolutely fantastic. Ben was sent to our home to repair our old furnace that stopped working. Turns out that our unit was too old for repair. Ben was very helpful by informing and assisting us with getting financing to purchase a new unit. Then returned with Brennan to install the new furnace once it arrived. They were both very professional, kind and courteous. I would give them a 10 star rating if I could. I highly recommend calling Terry Allen for any of your heating, cooling, or plumbing needs.
