Do not use this company. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY! The job was to be complete on February it's now June. I will be getting a lawyer to look into this.

DC Complete contacted us “to try and help.” “Bob” from carpet land contracts off DC Complete solely to make money from others misfortune. We hadn’t water in our basement this weekend and being only 2 weeks before Christmas, we decided to just put the existing carpet back in with no pad and buy new carpet or apoxy the floor at a more appropriate time. We have yet to buy gifts for our kids and have no idea what it will cost to dry out our basement nor what our insurance is going to cover. So Bob refuses service since we don’t want to buy padding and he can’t “gaurantee” the carpet. I wasn’t looking for guarantees on my used carpet. Just to get back to normal. If you are gonna offer help, then find more genuine people who actually understands life happens. Not a company that hears they won’t make enough off this family and treat you like your monies aren’t green enough.
