A & E Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

I called A&E Plumbing on Monday evening (after normal business hours) for clogged drains. Neither of our toilets would flush and the drains were backing up. A&E’s technicians arrived on Tuesday around 2:30 and within 2 hours Our family was happily able to use our toilets, sinks, showers and washing machine! The technicians were professional, courteous and even showed me the entire length of our sewer drain on their camera so I was satisfied that there’s no blockage and our pipes were good to go. The price was reasonable and the service was outstanding. If you have a plumbing problem, call A&E. Seriously. They’re a company that cares about their customers, which is getting rarer every day. We called them to repair our fridge. Our first two encounters went fine, but the item they replaced within our fridge didn't fix the issue so we asked for them to come back out. The second time they were supposed to come out they called my husband and told him that they had someone come out and no one was there, which was a complete lie because a) my mom was there well before the window they gave us to arrive and b) we have a ring doorbell that would definitely pick up someone at the door regardless of whether said door was answered. Once caught in their lie, they actually sent someone out. Once they decided they knew what was wrong this time they told us they would charge us for the new part/visit and install it, remove the part they thought would fix it, and then if the new installed part worked we would be refunded for the first part. We told them absolutely not as we weren't going to pay for two parts and the labor for both if one of them was going to be replaced with an old part a
