Don is very nice and professional. The community hired him to do some work they thought they could slip by us. I now hire him for the repairs that I am not able to do or want to do lol. He goes above and boyond doing repairs. I don't know how he compares but I know it's going to get fixed right and if he can make sure it doesn't happen again. He is busy and every so often you might have to call him again. But the quality of service you get out of him makes it worth it. He knows mobile homes inside and out for over 39 years so I trust him to over a home handyman. One example 2 hvac companies said my vents were fine. Don found the issues and fixed it. (we knew there were issues as I found one and my cousin found a few more) he found them and fixed them and did a extra repair so the ends should pop out again. He said a lot of general hvac contractors don't like only having up to 2 inches space between their head and the bottom of the home. Mine sits low sadly so I am sure that is it. I ra

Don is the best. He came and helped us with my moms house. He was friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable in pricing. We will be calling him again for any of our repair needs. In todays world it is hard to find great service. Happy that we found someone who actually cares.

I called yesterday to have my bathroom faucet repaired. Don showed up today and had a new access panel and faucet installed within 15 minutes . I highly recommend calling him if you need anything repaired in your mobile home
