I have nothing but good things to say about Premier. Ken Lambert, our Senior Sales Rep, did a fantastic job working with our insurance company and coordinating the overall work. The installation process was easy and Premier's operations manager (Joe) even came out on a Sunday to wrap up a few open items. Our new roof looks great! Austin, Steve, Keith, Ken and Joe did a great job getting our wind/storm damaged roof replaced. The roofing crew led by Obed showed up early in the morning and worked hard all day, going over and above to get our vents installed exactly where the project manager prescribed them. Obed even painted our vent stacks to match the roof. They picked up EVERYTHING and our yard was immaculate. Joe came out twice to ensure we had enough make up air in our attic so the vents work as intended. Very thankful for our beautiful new roof. Premier Roofing lived up to their name! We severely needed to replace our 20+ year old roof! I asked for a quote online from Premier Roofing and Renovations and was contacted the next day by Rick Mickhail. He came out promptly to inspect our roof, and began the process of writing a claim with our home owners insurance to get the cost of the roof covered! It took a couple weeks, but in the end all we had to pay for was our deductible and insulation removal and replacement (which we have financed for a 12 month period, and didn’t need to pay out of pocket for immediately). Rick got our insurance to cover not only the cost of removal of two layers of old shingles and all the materials to replace, but also wood decking for the entire house as what we had up there was rotting and not up to code! To say his persistence saved us thousands of dollars is not an overstatement; we wouldn’t have been able to replace our roof at this time without his assistance in managing our claim with insurance.
