The experience with this company has always been outstanding. I'm very Happy! They put a new roof on my home, installed new windows, put new siding on and put a new deck on the back of my home. WOW is my reaction. Each crew that performed these projects were caring, respectful, timely and most of all enjoyed the work they performed. The complements we've received are non stop. Kroll offered a great value and outstanding warranty for the residing/gutters on my house. Their pleasant and personable salesman was what made me sign on for the project the day of bidding, and provided an additional discount. As I was told, "A new house, with the same address." My only complaint might be that I've noticed (since installation last year) that certain corner sections of the gutters sometimes leak. I've asked them to come out and reseal and it was done aptly, however then another corner started leaking. *Update 2023/05/08* We also had the roof redone in 2019, which has held up well. This year I had an issue with the fascia board pulling away from the rafter and the whole gutter section nearly coming off. While initially Kroll was slow to respond, John and Sean came out and fixed it right up without issue (or charge)!
I received a window service through Kroll Construction . The individual that came to install my new windows was Bob. He was attentive, answered all of my questions and was super kind to my son when he was berating Mr. Bob with all his questions. I will definitely use Kroll for my home services after having such an amazing experience. The windows are fantastic, seals look amazing now. I would recommend using Bob to my friends/family through Kroll Construction. With him, you get someone where it is quite obvious they have been doing this for many years. Thank you Kroll Construction, and thank you Bob, for the fantastic new windows. Now if I could only keep my son from putting his hands all over them. Service: Window installation
