We seen Vinyl Sash at a Home Builders show at the Ryder Center at Saginaw State Valley University. Told them we were interested on having siding done on our home. Ryan came over to our house to discuss our plans. After discussing our options on colors we picked one that we liked. He measured our home for quantity of material, then we discussed what we would like as far as extra lights and trim and he said that would be fine. They did notify us a week in advance before the contractor would be starting. Andy showed up on the day they said he would. Andy was very personable and friendly, which made us feel comfortable with him doing the work. Material arrived within an hour after Andy. Andy found a few issues we had so I took care of them so he could continue. At the end of the project we are very happy with the job done, the people that we work with, and quality of the job. Vinyl sash stands behind their product and service. The installers where on time and very courteous. work was done in a very timely matter. Did have an issue with shower pressure but they resolved issue very next day. Shower enclosure was installed sooner than they originally stated that it would be. Nice surprise!
