Very dishonest and would not use his company again. He charged me $510 to replace a kitchen faucet, which did not take him more than half and hour to complete. This company billed me because I asked a question about my ice make, the company/individual goes around dishonestly over charging customers.
Had a no heat emergency at my house. Called around to 5-6 different plumbing companies with no luck. Called Rod and he said he would be in contact with his guy Adam to see if he could come look our boiler. Not even 2 hours later, Adam arrives at my house and within 1.5 hours we have heat again! Great work and even better customer service! Will definitely be using Rod's Plumbing and Heating for my future needs!
