Good windows with poor installers. We had 10 windows installed and the first crew did a poor job of installing them, no shims and windows not level and would not lock and leaked air. A proverbial pigs ear in a silk purse, pretty but defective. We had to wait 1 1/2 months for a second crew to fix the mistakes, including nor following the installation sequence with the plain numbering matching the frames. I now like my windows, but they should have been installed properly the first time.

We had insulation placed in our attic. They canceled twice on us before even coming out to do the job. It was not done properly. We still have icicles after just 3 years. I called them back since it's still under warranty and someone came out to look and agreed it needed more. He said someone will call to set up an appointment. That was a month ago. I call every week and I was told every time it was being reviewed. They don't care about their customers. They don't care about their quality.
