This company has their act together. The entire process is easy and pleasant. Alissa in the office is on the ball and gives warm and friendly customer service. We had 2 skylights replaced. The installers; Terry and Ross arrived exactly on time and did a complete and professional job. I was provided with emailed photos of the installation as they were doing it.They got the job done within the estimated time and left our property clean and spotless. Had a leak by chimney. Had it looked at by a roofing company who advised needed saddle in front of chimney. Left 3 messages for an estimate with no call backs. Had 2nd roofing company look at it. They advised they would only quote either complete back of house or complete house shingle replacement. Called Above Roofing, Phil Edwards came out gave estimate for the saddle job. Gave deposit and Received email from owner thanking me for choosing them and that I was on their schedule. About 2 weeks latter the saddle was installed. Above roofing installed new roof and added extra insulation in attic...completed in one day..looks great and cleaned up yard very nicely...took photos of progress throughout the day that i could see while at work...did follow up inspection of roof...very thorough job...would recommend them. was recommended by your employee Linda V.
