Alex had no idea as to what was wrong with the humidifier system on my furnace. He arrived and didn’t waste any time checking to see what was the problem. He had to work around a wet basement and all the buckets and towels I had on the floor. Once he finished checking out the furnace and humidifier, he explained to me what the issue was how it occurred and what he needed to do to fix the problem.
