For weeks my husband and I tried getting the correct Delta faucet and putting it on ourselves. Thinking we were purchasing the correct model number to replace our (25+ year old one) after much frustration and lots of money and returns later, I called Godwin, they knew exactly what trim kit I need by my description over the phone! Within a week had a tech out to the house and installed. Caleb did a great just and was very nice and professional. The lesson: just call Godwin 1st.

Dillon from Godwin came out to replace a leaking shut-off valve, some piping, and to install a frost-free outdoor spigot in my older home built in 1885. Scheduling online with Kathy in the office was quick and convenient; Dillon was prompt, courteous, professional, and did a great job in the freezing rain without a complaint. The pricing was less than expected, and I am extremely pleased with the service.
