Called for an estimate for a straight forward new roof on my house (which is not huge) & was disgusted by the amount they were asking. The # they gave me is more than double the high end average for MI & 1.5x the national high end average in 2018! Very much seems like a company taking advantage. Update: I have now received several other estimates all ranging between $10-11k which makes GR Roofers asking $25k look even worse.
We are very happy with the customer service and the new roof from this company. We got a quote right away and any questions we had later were answered promptly. The crew was fantastic and quick and did a great job! We would definitely recommend Grand Rapids Roofers!
Just wanted to say thank you to the Grand Rapids Roofer's they did an awesome job replacing our roof and , I tell ya they know what they are doing thanks again Shane and crew. I highly recommend them prices are reasonable and they where timely .
